This policy explains what information Astria Learning (Ecampus Inc.) collects through this investor website, why we collect it, and how it is used. It applies only to this site.

Information we collect

When you request the research paper we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, firm or fund, investor type, your accredited-investor confirmation, and any optional message. We also record basic attribution (UTM parameters and referrer) and a one-way hash of your IP address used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

We use your information to send you the requested materials, to follow up about the offering, to verify accredited-investor status where required, and to understand interest in the offering. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

To deliver materials and manage investor communications we share your submission with our CRM (GoHighLevel) and a record-keeping spreadsheet (Google Sheets). These providers process the data on our behalf. If you accept analytics, an analytics provider (Plausible or Google Analytics) may also process limited usage data.

Cookies & analytics

We load no third-party analytics scripts or non-essential cookies until you accept them via the consent banner. If you decline, we still keep a first-party, cookieless record of basic site events (for example, page views and form submissions) to measure interest; this record contains no personal information beyond what you have already submitted.

Retention

We retain investor inquiries for as long as needed to evaluate and communicate about the offering and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
